Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, SBUSD staff are following local and state social distancing guidelines, so the Facilities and Planning office that collects Developer Fees is temporarily closed to the public. However, we will continue to provide services by phone, email, and U.S. mail. In order to process your School District development fees, please email Maria Teresa Ponce (email@example.com) with the Certificate of Compliance from the City or County. Upon receiving your documents, we will determine the required fees and send you a Residential Fee Calculation form. Once you have received the Residential Calculation form, please remit a check for the calculated fees to SBUSD (Santa Barbara Unified School District). Please see address below:

After receiving your payment, we will send you the stamped/signed Certificate of Compliance and receipt for your records. Please keep the originals. They will be required to make any changes, or request a refund.
